WBEA Success Story
The WBEA is a nonprofit organization occupying 5,000 SF of office space
The Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA) contracted CRES to find ways to reduce their operating expenses while improving the environment for their employees.
Success: CRES met all of WBEA requirements within 30 days. A LEED AP inspected existing conditions and made recommendations to both WBEA and their landlord on low-cost ways to decrease operating expenses. The building’s operating expense decreased by an estimated 15%, while providing a greener environment for its occupants.
